I mainly help busy women with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, ADHD, food issues, chronic dieters, thyroid issues, and/or hormonal issues regain control of their bodies and build strength from the inside out, improve nutrition and fitness allowing the inflammation in their bodies to reduce and the weight they've been struggling with in their bodies to drop off. This allows my clients the relief of finally seeing the scale move in the right direction!

I help create food and exercise freedom by working together with you to find your individualized plan. This allows you to feel more in control and enjoy working out and eating right! My goal in the gym is not only to help others build better lives for themselves through fitness, but to the gain the confidence and independence in the gym that ensures they will succeed long term! This also allows diet and exercise to be something that is sustainable for LIFE, just like it should be!

A Bit About Me
Making a Positive Impact
I have experience working with all types of people: military veterans, 70 year olds preparing for knee surgery, beginners to experienced lifters, those with ADHD, chronic illnesses, thyroid issues, PCOS, and other hormonal issues, college athletes, actors, clients wanting to work on pain elimination, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, posture, balance, mobility, weight loss, endurance training, strength training, and so much more. All of these clients had different goals and preferences and we worked together to create a plan that would get them to their goals and they would enjoy as well.

My favorite style of training is definitely a slower/medium-paced style of heavy weightlifting but everything is highly individual and what works for some doesn’t always work for others. I specialize in women's weightlifting, clients with ADHD, those with thyroid and hormonal issues, and orthopedic exercise. I have worked with over 90 different clients over the past 3 years learning from them and multiple trainers who I have worked with personally and professionally in order to learn and grow as a coach...

Anna is an awesome personal trainer, especially if you are new to lifting! Prior to working with Anna, I had zero experience lifting. It felt intimidating. There was so much information online, and I had no idea where to start.
Anna helped me achieve my strength goals and gain a lot of confidence! She provided a lot of positive feedback, but also pushed me. I appreciate that Anna actively encouraged me to tell her if I got bored with a specific exercise (or if there was one I flat out dreaded) so she could change it out with something else.
Safety and form were also a huge focus. Since I was previously in physical therapy, getting injured was something I was concerned about. I always felt safe and supported when I was doing a new exercise or adding more weight to a lift.

Anna is a great motivator and so encouraging. She pushes you to do your best/most without ever making it feel like you failed if you try and can't quite hit it that day. She puts together detailed plans to help you achieve your goals and is always in communication to adjust them if needed. I was very fortunate to have been able to train with Anna before she left Chattanooga. She is a fantastic trainer! She does an awesome job at building a training program based on what you want to achieve. I trained with her 4 times a week and looked forward every day to training with her. She has an awesome personality that is very easy to talk to and get along with, but don’t think she won’t push you if that’s what you asked of her. She can be very tough! I was a college athlete and she definitely can and will push you to achieve your goals! Would love to have been able to continue training with her!
