I’ve been working with Anna for a month and my experience has been great. Anna is different from past trainers I’ve worked with because she genuinely cares about my overall well-being. She has worked with me on nutrition, giving me sustainable, realistic & healthy ways to transition my diet. We have worked on building confidence using equipment, improving form and building strength & endurance. In addition to all of these things, she’s personable and fun to be around. Anna is a great motivator and so encouraging. She pushes you to do your best/most without ever making it feel like you failed if you try and can't quite hit it that day. She puts together detailed plans to help you achieve your goals and is always in communication to adjust them if needed. Makes workouts fun, challenging, and genuinely wants to help you hit your goals and cheer you on along the way. Bonus- she is a great person to spend the time with!

OMG - not enough words on how Amazing Anna Ferrero is as a Coach - Trainer - I am 74 and just recovering from a knee replacement and Anna’s Coaching and training prepared me Big Time for recovery - ( prior 2 yrs of being a client ) - (Physical Therapy ) ! I was very fortunate to have been able to train with Anna before she left Chattanooga. She is a fantastic trainer! She does an awesome job at building a training program based on what you want to achieve. I trained with her 4 times a week and looked forward every day to training with her. She has an awesome personality that is very easy to talk to and get along with, but don’t think she won’t push you if that’s what you asked of her. She can be very tough! I was a college athlete and she definitely can and will push you to achieve your goals! Would love to have been able to continue training with her!

Anna is an awesome personal trainer, especially if you are new to lifting! Prior to working with Anna, I had zero experience lifting. It felt intimidating. There was so much information online, and I had no idea where to start.
Anna helped me achieve my strength goals and gain a lot of confidence! She provided a lot of positive feedback, but also pushed me. I appreciate that Anna actively encouraged me to tell her if I got bored with a specific exercise (or if there was one I flat out dreaded) so she could change it out with something else.
Safety and form were also a huge focus. Since I was previously in physical therapy, getting injured was something I was concerned about. I always felt safe and supported when I was doing a new exercise or adding more weight to a lift.
Anna is a very personable, genuine person to work with. I highly recommend her services!
